The term of foreign labor is getting a serious area to consider in most of developed countries as they give their hands to other developing and underdeveloped nations to participate in employment activities and gain economic benefits within their territories. So, considering the Europe Union, the member states are vastly provided different laws to attract foreign workers for their work force where they want to full fil the gaps in labor demand and availability in time to time. Referring most of statistical websites and reports, those are providing evidence about the higher participation of the foreigners in employment activities in EU. So, this is an area to study that, do there have a real economic benefit from foreign workers on economic growth. So, my study is focusing on the economic impact of these foreign-born workers regarding the European Union. Therefore, to examine, this paper is aligned with eleven independent variables including foreign born workers as primary variable and GDP per capita growth as dependent variable. These variables are found through previous literatures and those provided a clue of the relation with economic growth. Further, the study has been used panel data for the period of 2000 to 2017 related to 27 members of the EU. From the statistical analysis of the study, the main results providing the idea that foreign born workers have positive effect on economic growth, but the positivity do not represent any significant.
