Abstract
The purpose of this research is to discuss the effective communication on social media by comparing of two of the biggest companies present in the fast food industry in the social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. These two companies are specializing in pizza which the names are Domino’s Pizza and Hut Pizza. The growth of internet worldwide and increase in the numbers of internet users make all the companies to think about advertising their products on the internet and run their own websites. But still the internet does not have the ability of interaction. It was just a place to show pictures and articles until the release date of web 2.0. changed everything. Web 2.0. started a new era in networking connection and E-businesses. This new service made it possible for internet users to interact with other users, share posts, comments and files with other users on the websites. After the growth of web 2.0. the world has seen the rise of a new phenomenon which is called the social media. |
