Abstract
The aim of these pages is to make a bibliographic overview on well-being and on how the law is involved in its regulation. After an introduction on the definition of "well-being", will bw proposed an overview of its current measurement methods and of the related indicators. In the third chapter, however, you will have the opportunity to analyze in depth the competitive market by verifying its rules, and then move on to the concept of balance between justice and equity. The regulatory instruments at the disposal of the legal entity, which are responsible for maintaining a balanced situation and supporting, guiding and, where possible, benefiting the final contractor, will then be considered. The fourth chapter will focus, instead, on the challenge of the legislator, whose task within today’s competitive market is precisely to foster the presence of information, qualitative and highly understandable, and to limit those situations that are unclear for the final contractor, in order to simplify and facilitate his choice. In the fifth chapter we will try to get into the details of the existing regulations both in Europe and in Italy and to identify the Regulatory Bodies. between well-being and social utility will be the focus of the sixth chapter. The thesis closes by presenting some recent theories that highlight the social nature of well-being and the objective of the European Union and of the Regulatory Bodies to increasingly move towards the economy of well-being.
