African turquoise killifish is a new animal model but it has revealed to be crucial for studies in fields like aging, regeneration, evolution and neurological disorders. In this study, our focus is to know more about the enigmatic suspended life of this fish (called diapause) through multiomics approach. Using different type of experimental methods we could differentiate which technics give positive results and which ones are not useful for the study of diapause. In addition we could see embryos from macro to micro aspects trying to understand better what’s going on during its development. |

Abstract
