It is known the presence in the tumor microenvironment of cancer cells and immune cells, such as macrophages, and the importance of the crosstalk between them for tumor progression. I investigated how the different isoforms of NF-YA in colon cancer cells can influence the ability of these cells to interact with macrophages and convert them into a pro or anti- tumorigenic phenotype. |
