Riassunto analitico
Il principale obiettivo che questa tesi si pone è quello di essere una guida per futuri imprenditori che vogliano intraprendere una nuova attività o semplicemente ri-allocare le loro attività produttive nei Baltici. Deve inoltre essere considerata uno stimolo per tutte le Economie dell'area Mediterranea che sembrano non trovare una via di uscita dalla crisi economica, investendo in nuove tecnologie, soprattutto in termini di e-government, per stimolare il sorgere di nuove start-ups. Nel primo capitolo verranno presentate le maggiori differenze tra i Paesi Baltici, in termini di tassazione, incentivi fiscali e business environment, riportando anche le principali storie di successo imprenditoriali che hanno contraddistinto questi Paesi. Il secondo capitolo illustrerà quali sono stati gli effetti delle e-solutions, implementate dal governo Estone, sull'intero sistema economico del Paese, semplificando i principali processi burocratici per lo sviluppo di nuove start-ups. L'ultimo capitolo presenterà un business plan di un nuova iniziativa imprenditoriale, partendo dall'Estonia come mercato tester.Un ristorante-showroom, che fa della partnership il suo principale fattore critico di successo.

Abstract
The main purpose of this thesis is to be a guide for future entrepreneurs who want to start a new business activity or simply relocate their production in the Baltics.
It has to be also considered as a stimulus for the all Mediterranean economies that do not seem to find a way to go out of the crisis, investing in new technologies, thinking out of the box.
A guideline therefore, an user manual from which to draw inspiration to grasp new business opportunities both as individual and at the macro level perspective, for each State who wish to embark on paperless and digitalization process.
In the first chapter it will be analyzed the main differences between the three Baltic States, in terms of taxation, legal forms, business incentives and business environment, also highlighting the most important success stories that have marked the development of these countries.
In addition, special attention will be given to the creation of start-ups on which eventual success the upcoming future for these new economies will depend.
The second chapter will show and explain the impact of the e-solutions, implemented by the Estonian Government, have had on the economy of this country, becoming one of the most advanced e-society in the world.
It will be analyzed the entire Estonian society and the economic advantages of the electronic solutions implemented within this country, passing through the e-Votation, e-School, e-Healthcare.
The main mission of this chapter is to understand how the e-solutions can lead to a more efficient and more streamlined bureaucracy, promoting the launch of new business initiatives.
In the third and last chapter the reader will find a business plan of a new business idea, a restaurant-show room, to develop and establish in Tallinn, the Estonian capital.
The business plan will show all the interaction between the main business areas such as target market, supply system, structure, competitors and financial forecast.
