Riassunto analitico
Il presente lavoro di tesi ha riguardato due casi singoli di bambini con disturbo dello spettro autistico (ASD), R. di 12 anni e A. di 9 anni; con l’obiettivo principale di comprendere se la partecipazione ad uno sport da parte di un bambino con ASD possa accompagnarsi ad un maggior benessere psicologico per i genitori e per i fratelli e sorelle. Nello specifico il presente lavoro ha quindi: (a) confrontato il benessere psicologico dei genitori dei due casi fra loro e con quello delle famiglie con bambino a sviluppo tipico (ST); (b) confrontato il benessere psicologico dei fratelli/sorelle dei due casi fra loro e con quello del gruppo con ST. Si è deciso di confrontare questi due bambini in quanto possiedono caratteristiche cliniche e storia clinica simili, e svolgono entrambi terapia comportamentale. |

Abstract
This paper covered two individual cases of children with autistic spectrum disorder (ASD), 12-year-old R. and 9-year-old A. children; with the main objective of understanding whether participation in a sport by a child with ASD can be accompanied by greater psychological well-being for parents and brothers and sisters. Specifically, this work has therefore: (a) compared the psychological well-being of the parents of the two cases between them and that of families with a typical developing child (ST); (b) compared the psychological well-being of the brothers/sisters of the two cases and with that of the group with ST. It was decided to compare these two children as they possess similar clinical characteristics and clinical history, and both perform behavioral therapy. |
