Questa tesi si propone di attuare un’analisi approfondita del Servizio Educativo Territoriale (SET), facendo un particolare riferimento a quello dell’ Azienda di Servizi alla Persona “Paolo Ricci”, di Civitanova Marche.
This thesis aims to carry out an in-depth analysis of the Territorial Educational Service (SET), making particular reference to that of the "Paolo Ricci" Personal Services Company, of Civitanova Marche. The first chapter deals with the legislative issue, going to see what are the rules that have laid the foundations for the activation of this service at a national and regional level. Subsequently, a descriptive analysis of the characteristics of the Territorial Educational Service is carried out, first of all from the point of view of its historical development and then moving on to the elements that allow its realization, such as the Educational Project, the Multidisciplinary Team and the Observation and evaluation of the interventions. Within the same chapter, the subject of the figure of the Home Educator as a professional subject to criticality is also addressed. The third chapter takes into consideration the internal SET of the Asp "Paolo Ricci", of which the methods of implementation and management of the interventions are described. In the fourth and last chapter we intend to give voice to the group of Home Educators of the Asp "Paolo Ricci", through the creation of a Focus. The goal is to investigate through the stories of the experiences of the professionals in relation to the different families if there are any, and what are the critical points of the Service but also the elements that increase the level of efficiency and effectiveness.
