Il caffè è una bevanta importante per il popolo occidentale. Nel contesto di globalizzazione economica, il caffè è introdotto gradualmente in Cina e preferito da tanti giovani. Tuttavia, davanti alla cultura tradizionale cinese, specialmente quella del tè ben radicata, come aumentare in Cina la vendita e la fama diventa il problema primario affrontato da tante imprese del caffè. Nestlé è l’impresa internazionale che entra relativamente presto in Cina. In questa tesi, ho analizzato le teorie di marketing elaborando materiali e dati. Le strategie adottate per fornire un riferimento all’ingresso delle imprese internazionali del caffè nel mercato cinese. Il valore aggiunto di Nescafé è nella strategia di prodotto, di marca, di comunicazione e di pubblicità. Negli anni recenti in Cina si realizza una rapida crescita economica, il mercato del caffè vanta una grande potenzialità ma anche una concorrenza feroce. Regolare e ottimizzare la strategia di marketing per consolidare la posizione egemonica nel mercato cinese del caffè diventerà la missione dell'imprea Nestlé.

Abstract
It is well known that coffee originated in the West and is an important and indispensable drink for the Western people. With the development of history, a kind of Western culture has been gradually formed, and in the context of economic globalization, coffee has been gradually introduced into China and has been popular with many young people. However, the Chinese traditional culture, especially the tea culture, is deeply ingrained, and how to extend the Chinese markets and enhance the sales and popularity of enterprises in this environment has become the critical issue for many coffee companies. Nestlé is the multinational enterprise, which entered China earlier, and Nescafé is the star product of Nestlé in China. This paper comprehensively uses the relevant marketing and communication theories,deeply analyzes marketing strategies of Nescafé in the Chinese markets from multiple perspectives and finds out the internal relationship between the success and failure of marketing activities and the market environment, so as to provide reference for the coffee-related multinational enterprises to enter the Chinese markets.
