China has always been one of the economic powers in the world. With the name "Asian dragon", China has increasingly shown its role and influence in the world's financial sector as well as an important role in development assistance projects for the developing countries. The reseach investigates the determinants that affect the flow of China’s Foreign Aid to other recipient countries in the world. The gravity model is used to examine with the availability of data from 118 recipient countries over 15-year period from 2000 to 2014. The result shows the Population, Political Stability and Taxes on International Trade have positive effect on the flow of China’s Foreign Aid to recipient countries. Beside that, other minor determinants include economic factor like GDP per capita, Bilaterial Export, Distance, FDI, Unemployment rate, Taxes on International Trade, Infant Mortality, Private Debt, Quality of Government in the recipient countries.
