Riassunto analitico
In this work of thesis, several algorithms have been developed for the static dimensioning of an AGV system for the transport of materials in an industrial plant featuring a Supermarket warehouse with multiple entries and exits and an assembly line with multiple stations. First, an algorithm is presented to optimize the position of materials in the supermarket, considering the size of each aisle, the space occupied by the considered material and the position in the assembly line where the material will be used. Secondly, another algorithm is presented to, starting from the output of the first algorithm, generate trajectories with minimum intersections to generate the fewest possible disturbance between different AGVs.
On top of that, a method to guarantee ease of multiple-scenario analysis is provided, taking all the data needed to perform the analysis directly from raw CAD data (".dxf" files), taking little effort from the user to set up.
