The second level of the analysis focus on the Soft Skills necessary for the digital transformation of working environments and practices, identifying the most important for workers to possess, and observing differences provided by the literature in the endowment of soft skills by gender.
The final part of the work is based on the empirical analysis of secondary data, in particular on the European Working Condition Survey, presenting the thesis of how some soft skills are more significant for digital workers, analysing the possible gender differences in the sample of digital workers and finally analysing if exist gender differences in the soft skills of the sample. Furthermore, the analysis will be complemented with limitation and future research needed
