Riassunto analitico
My work is mainly based on the analysis of creativity in businesses. The first part make reference to theories about the topic that have been developed by researchers during the last years: in particular, I talk about the cultural firm and the artist, the relationship between creativity and entrepreneurship and the threefold nature of it which can be individual, in group or organizational. In the second part I analyse the topic of the balance between the creative and the economic production, which represents the most important challenge that the cultural industries have to face. Then I focus on creativity in the haute cuisine sector, both from an historical and economic point of view and finally I present my analysis based upon the interviews I have personally done to some haute cuisine chefs, making reference in particular to topics which are decoupling and loosely coupling, team and knowledge integration and finally diversification and balancing.
