Riassunto analitico
We propose a new convolutional neural network which aims to reproduce a combined wavelet and Fourier filter for stripe artifacts removal in biological imaging. We want to delete horizontal stripe artifacts from slices of neurons images obtained from Light-Sheet Microscopy without changing the image architecture. Our goal consists in learning automatically through our CNN how to improve the image resolution so that we obtain an image dataset on which the subsequent learning operations would be more effective. |

Abstract
We propose a new convolutional neural network which aims to reproduce a combined wavelet and Fourier filter for stripe artifacts removal in biological imaging. We want to delete horizontal stripe artifacts from slices of neurons images obtained from Light-Sheet Microscopy without changing the image architecture. Our goal consists in learning automatically through our CNN how to improve the image resolution so that we obtain an image dataset on which the subsequent learning operations would be more effective. |
