Come possiamo risolvere questi inconvenienti?

Abstract
This extract wants to explain how to use the game within the school context, focusing in particular on observing board games as a tool for resolving conflicts. In traditional schools, the approach to teaching is strictly linked to frontal lessons, making the involvement of children less active and participatory. Encouraging, therefore, the introduction of innovative methodologies, such as playful teaching, the development of different skills and abilities is stimulated in the child. The school tends to believe that the latter are automatically learned by the child and therefore do not need further attention. In reality, the process of acquiring these skills is not so simple and immediate, but requires adequate planning and reflection on the part of the teacher, proposing activities that allow them to emerge, to be able to adequately train them. Specifically, the ability to cope with conflicting situations, making it constructive, therefore useful for finding creative solutions that meet the needs of both parties, is fundamental both in school dress, but above all in the future life. The school, by providing a protected environment, can help children experience these hostile situations; in particular, in the elaborate the board game is analyzed as a useful tool to create dynamics that can arouse opportunities for conflict, then examining how they can be managed within the game itself. In the first chapter a brief analysis is made on the board game, analyzing the different definitions associated with the game, over the centuries, and its history. The theme of playful teaching will also be dealt with specifically, exploring the various theories that support the use of play in teaching. In particular, the role that the board game will play in teaching will be explained: an instrument that can help in the study of the various school subjects, but also able to develop completely different abilities in the child, compared to those that are learned during a lesson front. In the second chapter the theme of conflict is addressed, in its various facets; conflict and competition as forces that intervene in the game causing damage, or seen in a positive way, as an indispensable element for the success of the game. But what happens when this competition exceeds the limit and explodes in a conflict? How can we solve these problems? The board game could represent the tool itself able to help children manage conflict, finding a solution that can smooth out the arguments. The aim, explained in the third chapter, of the experimentation is precisely that of being able to understand whether the use of the board game can be of help in managing the conflict, which emerges in the face of certain situations.
