Abstract
The thesis aims to analyze the state of the art technology "Internet of Things " in industrial finalizing the treatment of RFID systems aimed at identifying and tracing of food products. In particular, a system is designed to prevent counterfeiting of high-quality wines . The text presents three groups of interest : the state of the art technology "Internet of Things " and their uses , the study of RFID systems and the feasibility of implementation of the model anti- counterfeiting.
It then describes two types of technologies that are taking place at ever-increasing speed " Internet of things " and RFID systems. The first is considered the new revolution in the world of the web due to its considerable potential . On the other hand , just these huge capacity tend to " scare" people who see their privacy invaded .
With regard to RFID systems , between the positive note is surely present the high speed reading of hundreds of tags in an automatic way , and a lower cost of labor. It should be noted , however, that there are difficulties such as receiving tag does not exist or shielding from some all packing materials .
After completing this overview of the two systems, the thesis analyzes the feasibility of RFID self-destructive pattern that avoids the counterfeiting of fine wine by the presence of a chip equipped with a unique identification code . This system has the advantage of providing different solutions on multiple fields ; is in fact at the same time a safety device and a system for automated identification which can reduce the production costs of the final product.
