Abstract
One of the most effective strategies to keep up with the times is certainly that of Real Time Marketing; with this term it must be understood in its literal meaning or “doing marketing in real time”. Marketing on the fly means being able to seize the moment, modulating your message based on an event that has gone viral and that everyone is talking about, combining it with your brand and product / service that the latter offers.
During my university internship, carried out at the web agency Digital Suits, I had the opportunity to interface directly with this world and this made me understand even more the importance and above all the effectiveness of keeping up with the times.
In the first chapter we will see how strategic marketing has evolved up to Content marketing (a macro-category in which Real Time Marketing can be included), which is based on the creation and dissemination of valuable content in order to attract its target on its own channels, especially the social ones, create a relationship with the customer, gain their trust and finally, increase sales.
In the second chapter, the scenario where this reality takes shape, namely that of social media, will be explored.
Real Time Marketing will be the main focus of the third chapter in which it can have repercussions on the brand image. What are the risks if you can have it if you do not use it correctly and what are the advantages it can bring instead.
In the fourth chapter I would like to give examples of which companies have decided to invest in this mode of communication, which have been the most striking cases, which for better or for worse have made the brand talk.
