The goal of this paper is to try to understand how teamwork has been modified by the Covid-19 pandemic. In order to achieve this, the thesis firstly sums up how teamwork has been before, from the scholars ‘theories to group dynamics. Then it is described what smart working and the virtualization of the teams are, with the addition of the experts ‘advices to keep team relationships strong. The challenges of the teamwork on public healthcare services are analyzed too. Lastly, there is an analysis of the different points of view of the workers who have to cope with the changes Covid-19 has brought to the relationships with team members. |
