The majority of the system used to perform troubleshooting and assurance are in some case complex, intricate and it need a moderate quantity of time to be settled in the correct way. In light of these challenges, this study embarks on a focused exploration aimed at leveraging the power of artificial intelligence (AI) to streamline the troubleshooting process. The primary objective is to apply a set of AI-based methodologies to identify and categorize queries with similar structures, to facilitate the systematic grouping of related issues. By employing advanced pattern recognition techniques, the study seeks to uncover recurring patterns within the queries, paving the way for the development of automated solutions tailored to address common issues efficiently. Ultimately, the goal is to devise a framework or a set of methodologies capable of reducing the time required for users to complete search operations within a troubleshooting system.
