Riassunto analitico
University-Industry collaboration (UIC) is a common phenomenon. Due to changes in the global competitive landscape and rapid technological developments, organizations and institutions are increasingly forced to look for partners in their quest for ideas, innovation, and competitive advantages. University researchers actively engage in research with commercialization potential, which attracts greater funding. Industry, in turn, increasingly recognizes the value that university knowledge can add to commercial R&D. The research aims to provide a deep insight about the current status, limitations, subjective causes of university-enterprise cooperation from both sides, and provides possible solutions and recommendations to remove the barriers in order to promote cooperation and to enhance the effectiveness of universities in Vietnam.
