Though data analytics and business intelligent has been increasingly investing in different departments such as Sale & Marketing, Customer service, Finance, it has not received enough attention as expected in Human Resources Department. The aim of the research is giving an overview about recent global HR analytics status and evaluate the HR analytics applications of core players those are providing in the recent market. The result of the research also evaluates matching level of recent HR analytics practices and given theories. Moreover, it can be used as a reference for further studies about HR analytics topic, especially in HR analytics applications
