Riassunto analitico
This dissertation is intended to analyse in detail the business and strategies of Building products that are defined as ‘’Green’’ because of their intent to have zero or little impact on the environment. The topic is first of all introduced by defining in detail what is meant by Green Building and what are the advantages (environmental and personal) of adopting such products. An introduction to companies’ business analysis, R&C and generic competitive strategies is made in the attempt to find, as the ultimate and main goal of the present dissertation, which of the companies fit better with the role of the leader firm and which instead with the role of the follower firm as far as the business of Green Building Innovation technologies is concerned.
