In this research we have mainly concentrated on the relationship between high commitment human resource management practices and high involvement human resource management practices with trust. To do so, we gathered data from 35 European countries listed on the European working condition survey website. The main variable was high involvement, high commitment and trust. For analysis we have used the data acquired and stored in database based on fourteen questions and used SPSS software for analysis. The analysis is done to find the answer of two research hypothesis. The result of this survey has confirmed a positive relationship between high commitment human resource management practices and trust. On the other hands, the results of this survey claimed that high involvement human resource management practices relate positively to trust. High commitment and the high involvement HR practices in organization results in higher trust.
