Riassunto analitico
Blockchain technology has been gaining momentum in recent years, starting with financial-economic applications and expanding over time into other industries, including the automotive one.
The automotive sector, as well as other mobility sectors, has several difficulties in tracing product history throughout the whole value chain.
The objective of this thesis was to evaluate the impact of blockchain technology on the value chain in the automotive sector through the study of literature and field experience during the candidate's internship at MyLime, a startup providing a blockchain traceability solution for automotive OEMs.
