As the organizations are moving towards globalization, there are many different factors that need to be accounted for. This dispersal of operations worldwide lead to the concept of diversity, which means organizations are supposed to be dealt with different cultures, languages, races, ethnicities and norms. Our goal of this research is to find evidences whether the racial, ethnic or gender based minorities are facing discrimination in the process of hiring and promotions in the European working environment. Moreover, we are striving to collect evidence of the described unfair and unequal treatments minorities experience in the workplace. We are using secondary data based on European Working Condition Survey (EWCS), which was developed by Eurofound during 2015. This data in EWCS consists of the interviews structures with employees, regarding the problems related to their employment and work.
