Due to this aim, this study investigated the market potential analysis of the LB company. In this survey, the market potential assessment will be used to assess the growth, opportunities, and challenges LB Group faces in expanding the Indian market. In fact, LB group wanted to increase the total sale of its products in the Indian market as it was the main problem of this company in international marketing. To do so, we gathered all information about the Indian market to determine the market potential. After doing analysis, the LB group found out how to qualify the market potential for the specific products by region in the Indian market, how to identify growth drivers and obstacles in this market, and understanding how to develop markets through tailored marketing, product development, and production strategies to meet customer needs and overcome market barriers. Totally, this is study is a guideline for LB group or any kind of business in order to understand the situation of the Indian market when they want to implement the market potential analysis. So, we strongly recommend the different businesses to study the material prepared in this survey. For future researchers, we recommend doing the same research in other countries such as China and compare the results with what we have found in this survey.
